Журнал «Україна» (Вашингтон, США) на конкурсній основі формує Редакційну Раду (Колегію) та Редакцію журналу.
До участі в конкурсі на членів Редакційної Ради (Колеґії) запрошуються відомі українські журналісти, письменники, літературознавці, літературно-мистецькі критики, митці, мистецтвознавці, театрознавці, кінознавці, культурологи, науковці, громадські й політичні діячі, ділові особистості з України та діаспори.
